Leaked photos have given us another fleeting glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, ahead of its mooted due date later this month.
Sourced by Droidify, the images corroborate claims that, size aside, the S4 Mini’s design will deviate barely a jot from its bigger brother, with the same nature-inspired curves and stretched physical home button very much in evidence.
The report also adds weight to earlier chatter that the phone’s spec sheet will include a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 256ppi – down from the original S4’s five-inch screen – and an eight-megapixel camera.
The handset is also purported to swap the standard Galaxy S4’s gym-honed, beefsteak-reared quad-core processor for a less impressive 1.6GHz dual-core model and feature 1GB of RAM.
Fans of UI tweaks can rest assured, however, that it will retain the full set of Samsung's Nature UX 2.0 Android customisations, such as Smart Screen’s tilt to scroll function and the Smart Pause intelligent sleep mode, that make using flagship phone such a novel experience.
According to previous reports, the Galaxy S4 Mini will drop in black and white colourways and will hit shop shelves in June.
